Flat Stanley is a children's story by Jeff Brown. It is about a boy named Stanley, who is flattened in his sleep by a bulletin board. Now he travels the world in an envelope. After his travels he returns to his school to share his adventures.
My cousin Jack, made his own Flat Stanley in his second grade class and sent it to us 2 years ago. We took Flat Stanley to Vail, Colorado for a fun filled day of snowboarding. JT and I had a blast taking him around town, and taking pictures. I was thrilled when Jack's little sister, Ava, sent us her Flat Stanley project earlier this week. He came all the way from New York! We have only taken a few pictures around the house with Stanley so far. But we have big plans to take him to the Denver Zoo, and possibly Boulder.
Here are a few pictures from our first visit from Stanley. As soon as I have more from this current visit I will post them. Enjoy!
